At The Oodie, we want you to be completely cozy and satisfied with your purchase. If you're not 100% happy, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place your Oodie in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the item is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
